Teams are ubiquitous in organizations and can greatly accelerate company success or hinder essential growth. Teamwork is about both the individuals on the team and how the team functions as a whole. Interview and assessment given to team members with analysis and interpretation (e.g., the Hogan Personality Inventories, The FIRO-B® (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior™, The TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Index)


60-minute assessment analysis and recommendation session (option for a written report)
