Our Approach
In our work over the past two decades, we have seen firsthand that coaching is a powerful way to create leadership growth and change.
We are excited by people’s potential, and energized by the ability to create a productive and collaborative partnership with leaders and executives. We provide realistic and honest feedback using humor, warmth, and positivity.
We ask many questions and thoughtfully consider the responses but don’t hide our thoughts and opinions choosing instead to share ideas and solutions based on the hundreds of senior leaders we have learned from over the years. We like to cut through the noise and are action-oriented and goal-directed, but also leave room for flexibility and the need to remain nimble and pivot.
We pride ourselves on making quick connections with our clients and how soon we get into a great rhythm of working together. We can work hard but also find times to laugh along the way, coaching should be something you look forward to with each upcoming session.

Based on the themes, let’s create strategies for how your goals will be achieved.
stage 4
Real-Life Actioning
Taking steps to move your goals forward and making needed adjustments and shifts.
stage 5
Hurdling
Creating contingency plans to proactively tackle emergent issues with practical solutions.
